Adam spent 20 years in leadership of government agencies and has spent the last dozen years as a management consultant with a broad portfolio across government and the private sector, with a focus on education. He’s comfortable handling multiple scenarios: strategic planning, governance, focus groups, reorganizations, new initiatives, succession planning, and general organizational assessments.
