Five Traits of Difference Makers: An organization exponentially benefits from identifying and nurturing talent. This workshop teases out how to find the rock stars in your organization through the concepts of Speed, Snap, Platform, Homework, and Persistence. Not only will you learn to spot these traits in others you will also find something out about yourself along the way.
The Virtuous Cycle of Empowerment: Delegation is a minimal requirement for a leader; it’s a learned skill, but in many organizations, no one bothers to teach it! Going from delegating to empowering takes additional effort. Let’s climb this mountain together in a structured framework that aligns your efforts at empowering employees with four key levers: initiative, experience, training, and evaluation. We will also talk about who not to empower (the James Ingram Rule).
